Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (INCLUDING weekends and holidays) after placing your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to the fact that our warehouses are located overseas and U.S. Customs delays shipments, shipments themselves will take anywhere from 4-16 weeks.

General Shipping Information

We offer free international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, all European countries, Australia, China, Japan, and Singapore. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crown Illumination is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your shipping email within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@crownillumination.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can also go down to the bottom of the website and go to the tracking page and input your tracking number to track your shipment.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to P.O. boxes anywhere in the world.
